The Judicial Filibuster revisited!!!

Thank god. A group of 14 senators has helped advert a showdown in the senate about filibusters. The group of 7 repub. and 7 dems has decided to not kill filibusters and in return to only use them in extreme cases. This basically ends the threat of overturning the 217 year old tridition in the senate.
