Election Rigging Possible And Could Have Already Happened

Vote rigging could have already happened. This is according to a computer programmer who, under oath, said that he was asked to create a program for Tom Feeney (Speaker of the House of Florida at the time of the creation of the program) which would rig a election to go 51/49 in favor of whoever the program was set up to help.
