The Change to Win Truth Squad, a group made by Change to Win partnership, has already gotten some media attention, with just a very small gathering, in a very short period of time. This group is staging such demonstrations as foreclosure funerals, Yucca Mountain disaster prep, and even a mock rally in Carson City.
Up to know in this presidential race, almost all the attention has been on Obama. McCain has been on the attack on Obama himself, as he does not have the power to attack on the issues. Thus, a group, of even just nine people, are traveling the county to highlight and bring attention to the other contender for the office of President of the United States, one John McCain.
According to the newly formed website to support the Truth Squad, "Change to Win is a partnership of seven unions and six million members founded in 2005 to organize workers of the new American economy." Six million is quite the number and as such, a group of nine can show the massive support of the ideals of America "so that all workers have a paycheck that can support a family, affordable health care, a secure and dignified retirement, and the opportunity for the next generation to be better off."
