McCain...The Economic Savior??? I Think Not!

Well, the US Congress is at it again and it looks as if there might be a resolution this week (finally) on the economic bailout bill. But when looking towards the election in a matter of weeks, does one want John McCain to take control of this nations economy??? This is the man who doesn't know how many houses he has (which is seven at last count) and who owns, not one or two cars between him and his wife, but 13 cars, of which might seem noteworthy to point out are not all American.

But what is more of an eye opener for me is the fact that he has used pure stage craft in his "suspension" of his campaign to go back to D.C. to deal with the economic package, further calling for a postponement of the debate, which he attended!!! I would much prefer not to have McCain dealing with the issues, yes Mr. McCain more than one, as President. If he felt he couldn't go to the debates AND talk to other senators, then he really must re-learn how to multitask or maybe hire a few hundred extras to multitask in his place.

(UPDATE: 9/29/08 - It seems like our government has worked yet again (a hint of sarcasm there) and failed to pass a economic package, which lead to the largest point loss of the DJIA in history, just short of 778 to close at a whopping 10,365)
