The Filibuster Compromise In Action

Today, Janice Rogers Brown, was confirmed by the senate. This is the second of three out of five filibusters that will end with the recent comprimise. This is a step in the right direction. This shows that both the dems and repubs are looking for the future. The Repubs did not use "The Nuclear Option" and the Dems have ended many filibusters and have pledged to only use them in very serious times. Priscilla Owen, was also confirmed last week under this new deal.
