Hillary Prospects In Michigan For '08

In a Detroit Free Press match up between Hillary Clinton and possible GOP candidates, Hillary pulls out ahead of all three of the most visible GOP candidates in a survey of Michigan voters.



Sen. Hillary Clinton 46% vs. Rudy Giuliani 42%

Sen. Hillary Clinton 49% vs. Mitt Romney 36%

Sen. Hillary Clinton 46% vs. John McCain 43%

As for Barack Obama he also fairs well in Michigan winning all three of the above matchups with GOP candidates.

Sen. Barack Obama 45% vs. Rudy Giuliani 38%

Sen. Barack Obama 49% vs. Mitt Romney 30%

Sen. Barack Obama 44% vs. John McCain 39%

It is many months away before the primary elections (let alone the general '08 election) and much might change in that time, but with these two STRONG Democratic candidates, the Democrats are far ahead of the GOP in the race for the White House.
