According to MSN Money, "Arnold Schwarzenegger is expected to announce on Friday that he will run for a second term as California governor next November..." And Arnold's approval rating has constantly stayed in the mid to upper 30's. With those numbers, it will be an up hill battle for him to be re-elected for another term. He is has been blasted because one of his major promises was to "end the bi-partisan stalemate in the Democrat-dominated legislature"; but as of yet, this has yet to be fulfilled.
