USA PATRIOT Act Wire Taps

According to CNN, that the closed federal court in charge of granting wiretaps under the USA PATRIOT Act, has granted 1,754 in 2004. But the FBI says that about 10 per year are mistakes. Not just not terrorists or anything associated with terrorists, they are total mistakes and just were just, not even knowingly, in the wrong place in the wrong time. And such persons, do NOT even have to be notified. But for foreign-language conversations, people do not have to worry if they were tapped for now. There is over 38,514 untranslated hours of them. Also according to CNN, those untranslated hours "included an undetermined number from what the FBI called 'collections of materials from the wrong sources due to technical problems.'" They don't even know which mass of hours is rightfully recorded and how much is wrong information. This issue needs to be resolved. 38,514 hours of untranslated information, of which we don't know how much is really needed and how much is mistakenly recorded, will never show results as we need it in a time of constant war.
