According to a WCPO Ohio article, Beverly Kidwell, a 68 year old great-grandmother is suing the City of Franklin. The lawsuit says that the attack allegedly violated her civil rights.

"She was waiting to give her statement in a family domestic violence case, 9News was told. In the case, Kidwell was accused of getting into a fight with her daughter and knocking her one-year-old granddaughter to the floor.
After appearing frustrated with her wait, Kidwell told the woman at the police desk that she would come back another time.
"She said the other officer would be back in a little while. I said, I've been here a long time and my husband will be worried," Kidwell told 9News Tuesday evening.
She says an officer then came into the lobby and tased her five times, four while she was on the floor. The incident was captured on a security camera."
